Arrival and Departure

  • Arrival 10 am - 1 pm or from 5 pm
  • Departure by 11 am
  • Reception closed from 1 pm to 5 pm
  • Self-Check-In 24h:
    If you want to arrive outside the reception opening hours, please inform us in advance and we will leave the key in our key box.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations up to 10 days before the date of arrival are free of charge.
  • Late cancellations will be charged 50 percent of the total price of the stay – even in case of illness (including Covid).
  • No-shows or cancellations 48 hours before arrival will be charged 100 percent of the total price of the stay – even in case of illness (including Covid).
